What printing method do you use?
Everything is professionally screenprinted on pre shrunken cotton. They shouldn't shrink in the wash, but best to avoid hot washes and tumble dryers.
To make the print last as long as possible, my suggestion would be to wash inside out.
How do pre orders work?
Pre orders run for a period of 2 weeks. Usually beginning on a Friday then ending just over 2 weeks later on the Sunday. Once they end, there's a rough 3-4 week wait until we can begin shipping. Please note, the waiting period begins once a pre order ends, not from when you place the order. Please make sure you read the descriptions fully when the order is live on the website. Once it ends, the item will be taken off the store. We cannot add on any extras once it finishes. Any and all updates will be posted to our Facebook and Instagram social media stories.
Skateboard decks have a turnaround time of 6 weeks. These are made abroad and we need to take into account both production times and shipping times.
What's ready to ship?
Ready to ship means it's in stock, and ready to ship! This means whatever shirts/styles we have are only what's available. Once they sell out, that's it till we reprint!
Please note we have no cart hold system in place on the website. Items held in your basket can and will sell.
Please bare in mind, although we try and ship ready to ship orders within 2/4 days of them being placed, if we're bagging an already exisiting pre order at the same time, the wait time might be a bit longer than originally expected. This is because pre orders take priority once we have them back from the printers. These are orders which customers have waited 4 weeks for them to arrive and we need to ship them quickly. At the moment we're just a 2 person team who also have a baby! We are not Amazon. We are 2 humans. Patience is free.
If you've ordered a ready to ship and it's for a birthday/anniversary/gift, please leave a note at checkout and we'll bag it as quickly as we can! Otherwise we appreciate your patience and support of our small business.
Help!! I've put in the wrong address/ordered the wrong size!!
Don't panic! Email us as soon as you've ordered with your order number and I'll get it amended as soon as possible. If you get in touch AFTER your order has already shipped, then unfortunately we can't do anything about it and we accept no responsibility. It's YOUR job to make sure everything is correct at checkout. We will NOT send out returns or replacements for mistakes made by you.
If for whatever reason orders are sent back to us, these will be automatically refunded. We will not ship it back out to you and you'll have to order it again through the website.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do!
UK bound orders are shipped tracked first class via Royal Mail. Heavy/Express parcels are sent RM 24. We use a drop and go service with our post office so they ship and process parcels for us throughout the day/sometimes week depending on how many we drop off to them. UK bound customers please get in touch if you require tracking as I need to manually add it to your order. Tracking numbers will be ready to add roughly 12-24 hours after receiving shipped email. We need to wait for the PO to process each order.
Irish orders are sent via DPD. Please make sure all information supplied is correct and please include a phone number. Tracking will be sent to you via both us and DPD.
International orders are sent with end to end tracking. This will be sent to your email as soon as it's processed so keep an eye out for updates and make sure all information supplied is correct.
Estimated shipping times
UK - 1/7 Days
Europe - 2 weeks
America - 3 weeks
Rest of world - 2/3 weeks.
All of these are estimated!
What brand of blanks do you use?
For the short sleeves we use either Gildan Heavy Cotton or Gildan Hammer, depending on size. These stock from sizes Small-5xl
For the long sleeves we use Gildan Heavy Cotton or Gildan Ultra depending on sizes.
For sizes 3XL-5XL long sleeves, we aim to use our usual Gildan blanks. These can sometimes be out of stock with our supplier, so we offer a similar blank instead. They're not as heavy as Gildan, but they're the same in sizing and come with the cuffed sleeve. If you receive our substitute blank and are not happy with it, please email and we'll see what we can do for you.
Do you guys accept returns?
If you’re not happy with your item in any way, we’re happy to accept a return. This will all be dependent on the item being sent back to us first in perfect condition. You will have to cover the cost of postage to send it back.
We no longer offer size exchanges as it happened too often and we simply don't have the time or the staff. We have a great selection of size guides available and you're welcome to email us if you'd like our size suggestions!
Please email to organise returns/refunds. Please note you will have to cover the cost of sending the order back to us!

We are so sorry! Mistakes are a part of life, but it's not the end of the world! Simply send us an email and we'll get it fixed!
