What printing method do you use?

Everything is professionally screenprinted on pre shrunken cotton. They shouldn't shrink in the wash, but best to avoid hot washes and tumble dryers.

To make the print last as long as possible, my suggestion would be to wash inside out.

How do pre orders work?

Pre orders run for a period of 2 weeks. Sometimes we do limited 72 hour drops. When this time frame has ended, there's then a rough 3-4 week wait until we're able to begin shipping.

Pre orders are there to guarantee you get the size/style/design you want. If you're not prepared to wait, then please don't order from the pre order. Once everything has shipped, we'll have leftover stock available which is ready to ship. These will be limited and once they sell out, that's it until we decide to reprint!

If you're a UK customer who orders a ready to ship item along side a pre order, they will ship seperately. Orders outside the UK won't ship until the entire order is complete.

What's ready to ship?

Ready to ship means it's in stock, and ready to ship! This means whatever shirts/styles we have are only what's available. Once they sell out, that's it till we reprint!

Please bare in mind, although we try and ship ready to ship orders within 2/4 days of them being placed, if we're bagging an already exisiting pre order at the same time, the wait time might be a bit longer than originally expected. This is because pre orders take priority once we have them back from the printers. These are orders which customers have waited 4 weeks for them to arrive and we need to ship them quickly. At the moment we're just a 2 person team who also have day jobs!

If you've ordered a ready to ship and it's for a birthday/anniversary/gift, please leave a note at checkout and we'll bag it as quickly as we can! Otherwise we appreciate your patience and support of our small business.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do! Please be aware that shipping times have been affected due to Royal Mail strikes/overrun distribution centres and the cyber attack.

We are a 2 person operation who also work full time outside of HOS. We try and ship ready to ship orders within 2-4 days of the order being placed. But please be aware life can sometimes get in the way. We will always try our best, and we appreciate everyone's patience and understanding!

We always ship first class, but be aware this doesn't always mean next day.

UK bound orders are shipped tracked. We use a Drop and Go service with our post office, so please be aware that some parcels might slip through without any tracking. Please get in touch via email once your order has shipped and we'll supply you with the tracking information.

All international orders are shipped tracked. Tracking will be added to your order once it's shipped. Please download the Shop App to keep an eye on it from there!

International orders that either weigh too much or are of great value, will be shipped via UPS. Please email us for tracking information.

Estimated shipping times

UK - 1/7 Days

Europe - 2 weeks

America - 3 weeks

Rest of world - 2/3 weeks.

All of these are estimated!

What brand of blanks do you use?

For the short sleeves we use either Gildan Heavy Cotton or Gildan Hammer, depending on size. These stock from sizes Small-5xl

For the long sleeves we use Gildan Heavy Cotton or Gildan Hammer depending on sizes. At the moment, due to Brexit and the pandemic, these sizes are only stocked from Small-XL. We’re hoping over time that stock levels will return to normal. 

For sizes XXL-5XL long sleeves, we’re using another similar brand. Although the material isn’t as heavy as Gildan, they’re very similar in sizing and also have the cuffed sleeve and neck line. If you’d like any more information, feel free to message us. 

Do you guys accept returns?

If you’re not happy with your item in any way, we’re happy to accept a return. This will all be dependent on the item being sent back to us first in perfect condition. You will have to cover the cost of postage to send it back.

We no longer offer size exchanges as it happened too often and we simply don't have the time or the staff. We have a great selection of size guides available and you're welcome to email us if you'd like our size suggestions!
